Misleading, false advertising, don't honor guarantee. BEWARE

IP address and region not effectively blocked on most sites. Streaming sites do NOT work with their se... rvices, but they do not disclose that anywhere on their website. The support team had no idea in terms of technical knowledge. They claim that their 30-day guarantee is unconditional and there is no risk, but they have so many exclusions buried in their fine print that the average user would have huge difficulty finding. They advertise on many streaming how-to websites where they KNOW their services do not work. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. If I could give less than one star I would. SO unethical.יותר

Not stable, blocks torrents

I tried this VPN for few hours. The first impression - you never know if you are on VPN or not. It sil... ently disconnects from the gateway and does not announce it... I do not know the reasons of disconnects, but it happens with 5 minutes intervals on few servers in different countries. I suspect that there is a correlation with the connections - the interruptions usually happen on file downloads. Or maybe they have very limited number of IP addresses? It does not allow a kill switch: when the VPN disconnects, the site you connected is reloaded using open connection without any notification. It does not work with torrents and some streaming services. This policy is listed in the FAQs and in the founder's interview. The "monthly use" is in fact in 3-month increments. I thought that the use of VPN could reduce the ads which are popping up, but it happens to be wrong. Yes, it is a low-cost but with all these limitations it is not very useful or usable.יותר
